The purpose of the Commercial Supplier Credit Assurance of Payment Program is to facilitate strong supplier-client relationships by assuring payment to suppliers for the goods and materials sold on credit. Through our role as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) lender, we assure payment once the goods are received and accepted by our clients’ customer. This program helps suppliers manage payment risks while allowing our clients to acquire the materials or goods, they need to operate smoothly.
Supplier Agreement: Suppliers agree to extend credit terms to our clients for the delivery of goods or raw materials on special terms.
Delivery of Goods: The Supplier ships the goods or raw materials directly to our Client or sometimes, directly drop-ships to our Client’s customer, if applicable.
Credit Assurance: After the finished goods are received and accepted by our Client’s, customer’s designated location, the Client and/or the Supplier notifies us of the successful transaction.
Invoice Submission: The Supplier submits an invoice for the goods or materials provided to our Client.
Payment to Supplier: Upon verification of acceptance, Asset Commercial Credit finances or factors the receivable linked to the supplied goods and pays the supplier on their invoice, ensuring suppliers receive timely payment.
Client Repayment: The Client repays the financing amount to Asset Commercial Credit according to the prearranged terms, usually our Invoice Factoring or Accounts Receivable Financing Programs, ensuring a smooth cash flow cycle.
Assurance of Payments: Suppliers can have confidence knowing they will receive payment for the goods delivered, reducing financial risk associated with credit sales.
